Chapter House
A “Chapter House” is a local, community-operated social organization of Successful Thinkers Network (STN) that provides their local region with a variety of contributions and activities, including Business Mixers, Trainings, Social Gatherings, Philanthropic Events and more.
The Chapter House is responsible for organizing and overseeing all events and activities (put on by Lead Ambassadors) that take place within their region while adhering to the policies, procedures and guidelines that are set forth in the STN Corporate constitution and bylaws.
Chapter House Structure
The Chapter House primarily consists of a Director and Executive Committee that helps organize and coordinate regional activities while staying in close communication with STN corporate.
STN Corporate as a Chapter House
In the event a region has not yet grown to adequate size, or a Chapter House has not yet been delegated, the STN Corporate office acts as the Chapter House for members in its region and works directly with the Lead Ambassadors to ensure conformity and proper enforcement of policies and bylaws with local members.
Chapter House / Corporate Communication
Each Chapter House submits region activity reports back to STN Corporate. STN Corporate also communicates new policies and announcements directly to the Chapter House, where the Chapter House is then tasked with communicating the message to its local Lead Ambassadors (Lead Ambassadors will communicate messages directly to attending members at their Mixer Locations).
