Membership Levels

Successful Thinkers Network is a community organization that focuses on structuring a trusted environment where individuals can create relationships with like-minded business owners and entrepreneurs.

Here is a quick glance at the different types of ways members participate with the organization:

Member

The “Member” is the heart-and-soul of the Successful Thinkers Network (STN) community.   A member is an individual that creates a profile on the STN corporate website and attends local Mixer events (networks with other individuals in the community at a STN function).   Members do not pay any monthly or annual dues to STN.

Lead Ambassador

A Lead Ambassador takes on the responsibility of coordinating, hosting and overseeing regularly scheduled community events which include:  Business Mixers, Social Gatherings, Fundraisers, Seminars, Trainings, etc.

A Lead Ambassador must first become certified and then approved through its regional Chapter House before conducting business on behalf of STN.   The Lead Ambassador reports any issues, problems or areas of concern to the Chapter House Director (or directly to STN Corporate if no Chapter House has been established in that region).

The Lead Ambassador may appoint qualified members in good standing as co-ambassadors to facilitate the smooth execution and organization of the scheduled event.    Any designated co-ambassadors must be authorized and reported to the region’s Chapter House.

All Lead Ambassadors are expected to meet with the Chapter Director in regularly scheduled meetings to parlay and strategize the coordination of all Lead Ambassador events for the mutual benefit of the Chapter.

Chapter House – Director

The Chapter Director is appointed by the STN Corporate office.  The Director’s role is to oversee all activities and help all leaders carry out the duties and responsibilities of their positions.  The Director shall act on behalf of the Chapter House in national activities/meetings and assume the role of liaison between STN Corporate and their local Chapter House.

The Director shall preside at local STN Chapter House organization meetings and is responsible for calling the meeting to order and setting the agenda.  Required agenda items are fully outlined in the STN constitution and bylaws.

The Director shall meet regularly with Lead Ambassadors and clearly outline expectations, vision and goals to facilitate the growth of the organization.   It is the Director’s responsibility to make sure that Lead Ambassador events do not interfere or conflict with one another, thus impeding the overall growth of the organization.

In addition, it is the responsibility of the Chapter House Director to appoint committee members to work together toward specific goals for the local region.  No Chapter House Member, including the Director, can take action or start a program on behalf of the Chapter House without a vote of the Chapter.  All such actions or programs MUST adhere to the STN Chapter House bylaws.

CORPORATE AS A CHAPTER HOUSE:    STN Corporate acts as a regions’ Chapter House until such time as one is officially established for that region.

Chapter House – Executive Committee

Each Chapter House contains an Executive Committee that includes the Director as its Chairman, and other elected/delegated members.  The Executive Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Chapter House Director.    Upon the establishment of the Chapter House, the Director and Committee shall establish regular meeting days to approve region activities and recommended additions provided by the Director.

Committee members aid the Director in setting the regular Chapter House meeting agenda.  Issues or concerns occurring within the region are often communicated to the Chapter House Director.  The Director will often bring these issues to the Committee to gain insight as to how to best communicate the necessary message to the Lead Ambassadors and communicate with STN Corporate when necessary.
