Jim Bellacera of Sacramento, California, embodies the entrepreneurial spirit. Starting with Amway at the age of 26, he achieved a meteoric rise to the top of his organization building a down-line of hundreds of thousands of people. He made his million at the age of 31. Jim watched, learned and implemented the tools necessary to succeed in the Network Marketing business. Amway’s roll-out into the Asian–Pacific market furthered his knowledge in not only this industry, but the nuances necessary to translate an already successful American business into a culture very different than his own.
Moving to Mona Vie, years later, proved to be a profitable venture as well. Here, he not only built another vast organization, but honed his abilities in creating training companies, with Black Diamond University Inc. This Training University brought together his understanding of human nature, skills, tools and the discipline it takes to succeed in business.
Jim is a renowned Speaker, Author and authority on small business success, selling over a million copies of his books and audio trainings. His strategies have helped thousands of people around the world to create the success they were looking for. Jim’s accomplishments have gained him respect and recognition from his peers, earning him a spot in, “Cracking the Rich Code”. This venture partners and groups him with a dozen self made millionaires in their respective fields. Today, all of this culminates in the creation of Successful Thinkers Network Inc.
With the advent of social media, Jim saw a niche market and opportunity to combine his background in Network Marketing, traditional business and social media networking. Pulling all of these unique business models together forms a never before foray into how we will do business in the Twenty First Century.

Steve Airola
Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer
Over the past 15 years Steve has immersed himself in the art of digital technology, encompassing areas of motion graphics, videography, graphic design, web design, programming and social media. Steve has consulted several multi-million dollar companies and has been personally responsible for the creation of some of the top design work seen online and TV. His hands-on experience and ability to manage large teams of designers and programmers ensures the quality of the end-result solutions delivered at the highest standard.
Steve’s greatest strength is his creative “out-of-the-box” thinking in implementing viable business solutions to fruition that originated from a raw idea. His creative ideas and experience allow the architecture of breakthrough solutions that bridge the critical gap between the “think-tank” phase to full roll-out with emphasis placed upon end-user desire, interaction and experience.
Steve has owned and operated internet technology and marketing companies, including First Impression Studios and Sly Pixel, whose primary services included graphic and web design, animations, video editing and eCommerce solutions.
He later co-founded a training company, Black Diamond University (BDU) where he served as Chief Creative Officer (and later, Chief Creative Officer). BDU employed over 25 employees, including a team of designers and programmers that produced high quality training guides, brochures, business cards, DVD’s, eCommerce solutions and a number of other training and prospecting tools utilized in the direct sales industry. BDU was built from the ground up via a grass-roots campaign by Steve and his business partner Jim Bellacera that grew to a multi-million dollar company within 24 months, creating hundreds of millions of dollars in sales for MonaVie in the process.
